Egg Salad Sandwiches

This is my husband's favorite summer meal. We enjoy eating it with chips and on some thick fresh bread.

5 boiled eggs

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. mustard

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 cup miracle whip

Run cold water over boiled egg; cool and peel.

Chop eggs finely and add chopped onion to eggs.

Add salt, pepper, mustard, and miracle whip.

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
